Very helpful. Not snoring anymore. Breathing better without lapses has got better. The missus can sleep better wit hout having to push me over on my side. All good. Wish I had came and seen you's years ago. Rather than rely on a Mandibular Splint Mouthguard. That didn't really do the job. They reckon it would do. All the best keep up the good work. Janet is amazing so professional and realistic I was treated poorly by another provider for 4 years I went through 3 types of masks and none of them ever fitted correctly I was never getting the benefit from my CPAP since being so well cared for at the Geelong clinic I’m feeling amazing Thankyou

Dear CPAP Victoria, I would like to inform you of my experience at your Frankston Branch during the purchase of my CPAP Machine at the end of June. I thought I would get a survey that I could fill in which we never seem to arrive, so I decided to write to you instead to share my experience. I went to visit on the Friday night just to get a head strap and I was not aware of the promotion of the upgrade trade in that was in progress. I was served by Carly and she showed me what was available, and I upgraded to the dearer strap. Carly and I spoke about the promotion and how it was ending at midday on the Saturday. I said I would have a think about and would call in the next day. At no time did I feel any pressure, a warm friendly caring person that just made me feel so welcome in the branch. I could tell Carly genuinely wanted what was best for me. Carly was caring about what I wanted in a machine and what the latest model had to offer. I looked on line at the various machines and decided that I would return to the branch in the morning and I was lucky enough to be able to get Carly to serve me at 9.15am on the Saturday morning. I decided to do the upgrade and get a new machine and could not be happier. Nothing was too much trouble for Carly. Carly had amazing product knowledge, whatever question I asked Carly knew the answer and was able to explain to me why that was happening on my existing machine. Carly really genuinely cared about what was important for me. I felt like she was a friend not a salesperson. I have purchased many CPAP machines over the last 15 years and Carly would be by far be the best experience I have ever had from a CPAP salesperson. I would like to thank your organisation for having such a professional employee on your team it made buying the CPAP Machine so much easier for me and gave me the confidence that I was doing the right thing. I am a very happy with the purchase of my new machine and would definitely be referring friends and family to Carly in the future if they wanted to by a CPAP Machine. Like most women my age I put my extreme fatigue and broken sleep (insomnia) down to peri menopausal symptoms, it was like dragging my body through molasses each day. So I finally decided to have a sleep test and was diagnosed with sleep apnea.

From the first night, I used my CPAP machine the difference was palpable. The fog lifted and every day since my energy, clarity and sleep has improved beyond belief.

I have realised, I’ve probably suffered from apnea for years and now I never sleep without my machine, it gives me such peace of mind and my quality of sleep is scrumptious, quiet and restful

I encourage any woman to have the test and if you are diagnosed with apnea, embrace your machine, I LOVE mine, it has saved my life!
