CPAP Victoria is pleased to provide our customers with the Resmed, Fisher and Paykel, and Philips Money Back Guarantee Programs. If, within 14 or 30 days from the date of purchase, customers find themselves dissatisfied with a CPAP mask, they have the option to return it for a full refund or an exchange. We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a seamless experience with our products.

Fisher and Paykel - Surefit 30 day Mask Guarantee 

 Philips - 14 day Dreamwear Exchange

These programs are limited to a one CPAP mask refund per customer within a one-year period. The 14 or 30-day window for returns or exchanges starts from the date of purchase, not the date of delivery received. Please note that CPAP Victoria does not cover the postage return costs, and it is the customer's responsibility to post the mask back to our warehouse. 

Please contact us first via info@cpapvictoria.com.au with your name and your order number to see if you are eligible for an exchange/refund and for instructions on how to post the mask back to us.

The refund/exchange process will be initiated only upon receipt of the returned mask at our facility. Please allow us to process your request after we have received the item.
